Registration for next season will commence March 13th at which point players are invited to go to our web site and complete the online registration form. All you need to do is log-in on the web site, using your e-mail address and the password you created when you first logged in, or the CARHA ID number that was issued to you (if you are uncertain what your CARHA number is, just ask your Team Manager of Convenor). Instructions to complete the registration process can be found in the Player Handbook that was issued to you at the start of the year.
If you are uncertain of your intention to return next season, you are strongly advised to submit your registration anyway in order to hold your spot in the League. If you have not submitted your registration and payment by March 20th you will be judged as not returning, in which case your spot will be forfeited to new players on the current waiting list. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into account, but only if you submit a request for payment deferral in writing to the League Registrar accompanied by an explanation. Full refunds will be made if, at the start of next season, you decide not to return due to unforeseen circumstances, provided the league is given at least two weeks' notice prior to the first game.
